  • What tools do you use?

    A lot! I frequently work with Zapier, Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, Stripe, Calendly, and various CRMs and email tools. I’ll always recommend what fits your workflow best—no upsells or overkill.

  • Do you offer one-time projects or ongoing support?

    Both! I offer one-time builds (like setting up a workflow or automation) and optional ongoing support packages for maintenance, improvements, or new automations as your business evolves.

  • How long does a typical project take?

    It depends on the scope, but most projects take between 1–3 weeks from kickoff to launch. We’ll define the timeline together before we start.

  • I’m not very tech-savvy. Is that okay?

    Totally fine—and actually very common. My job is to make things easier for you, not more confusing. I’ll explain everything clearly and keep you in the loop without the tech speak.
